SEGA Sake


Tears and NAVIO will be releasing a new brand of alcoholic beverages within their Game Legends Sake series. While the idea of gaming themed alcoholic drinks is not new, this series aims to not only celebrate 60 years of Sega but also to introduce new generations to sake. 


"This is a sake series that conveys the wonderful taste of sake to the world through games where the taste and way of enjoying Japanese sake are enjoyed all over the world. Working with famous sake breweries all over Japan, collaborating with various game titles on sake, to create opportunities for people who are new to the world and those who are new to sake to become interested in sake through labels and bottles. , A project to promote and promote sake fans."


The “Hosokawa Takashi & Pac-Man Sake” will be released on the 4th of July 2020 to commemorate Pac-Man's 40th anniversary. The 
"GO SEGA" bottle will be released on Wednesday the 3rd of June 2020, the 60th anniversary of SEGA's establishment. "Ryu ga Gotoku" is inspired by "Ryu ga Gotoku 7 The Whereabouts of Light and Darkness" and will be released on Tuesday, July 7, 2020.



The price is 3000 yen each (excluding tax) which translates to £22.31 / $27.89 / €25.


The sake is manufactured by SEMPUKU Senfuku Brewing Co., Ltd. Miyake Main Store, which was founded in 1856 in Kure City, Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan. The sake lineup has been carefully selected by Miyake Main Store, which is highly evaluated not only in Japan but also overseas. They use a specially painted metallic blue bottle with the image of the SEGA logo, To define the new GO SEGA brand.
